Yoga, the new future of the world to become fit and healthy
Nowadays, humans are more interested to have a rich and wealthy lifestyle. They often do hard work throughout the day to led a luxurious life like enjoying parties, having imported things. Apart from these, some might work really hard to have a steady normal life. These busy schedule deadlines, late night work, unhealthy eating results in severe problems in the human body. Our body cannot understand these modern difficulties, it just reacts on its consumption and gets affected. To recover from these imbalance of hormones and lifestyle, we can opt for yoga for our own fitness and health.

The unhealthy lifestyle brings some severe health issues like obesity, high pressure or low pressure problem, heart diseases, acne or hyperpigmentation of skin, water retention etc. as well as it gives mental pressure, stress, anxiety issues too. Many people rely on modern solutions like gym or diet or fasting, though our ancestors had always preferred yoga to be the ultimate remedy of all these problems. Yoga purifies one's body, circulates more blood (relieves pain and cramps), fastens metabolism (helps to reduce body fat) and nerve impulses (soothes nerve cells) as well as gives mental peace (relieves anxiety, stress) to a person.
Every year we celebrate the International Yoga day on June 21 to influence more people to indulge themselves in the process of being fit and healthy in actual terms. Yoga doesn't necessarily has any disadvantages except having any injuries from wrong yoga methods. We can do yoga asanas like
• Bhujangasana (cobra pose) helps to relieve back pain.
•Dhanurasana (bow pose) helps to reduce belly fat.
•Trikonasana forming like a triangle helps in blood circulation and improves the heart rate.
•Chakrasana (arc ) helps to strengthen the arms and the lower body parts.
• Shabasana means lying down which helps the body to calm down.
One can even opt for meditation as it also helps in calming the body and brain and also helps in reduce negative energies in the body. So, if you want to be fit and healthy in a healthier way, then you must start doing yoga in fresh air.
